"Indian Clubs" : The so called "Indian clubs" were brought to the West by Europeans who saw them being used by Indian Yogis. Called Jori (जोरि) in Hindi, or musala (मुसल) in Sanskrit, these were at one time an indispensable tool for the physical aspect of yoga. These clubs weighing 15 lb each, called clubbells, were developed by the American Yogi Scott Sonnon.
